FNB | Whisky Live Festival Food Activation

At the FNB Whisky Live Festival, Source managed the large-scale public catering for the event as well as bespoke corporate canapé parties for the VIPs and an interactive food activation for our client.We handled multiple stand designs for our catering stands and activations and designed and ran a fully operational onsite pop-up kitchen to service the public. The kitchen catered for 3000 people a night as well as for canapé parties for up to 600 people for three consecutive evenings. In addition to this, Source conceptualised and managed a 30-guest per show, hands-on interactive Whisky and Canapé pairing theatre.

We worked with the global leading food and whisky afficionado , Martine Nouet, who presented 3 whiskys in conjunction with our chef who showed guests how to create three simple canapes that paired with the whisky. An excellent showcase for brands to enhance their social media.
