Now, we definitely are not suggesting that you give this a try for your Easter meal, especially if you have kids — the psychologist bills just won’t be worth it (haha!) — however, we do think that rabbit is a fantastic, lean meat that not many people in South Africa don’t know what to do with. That is why we have chosen this as our Source of Inspiration for this week.
Rabbit has a firm and slightly gamey flavour. Rabbit can be stuffed and roasted, used to make stews or slow cooked and marinated in olive oil.
