Source Food collaborated with the exceptional chef, David Higgs, in Johannesburg for the media showcase of exciting new @AEG appliances, a domestic version of a sous vide system and top of the range induction. David cooked an inspiring 4 course tasting menu focused on cooking root to stem, and nose to tail. This global trend of zero wastage on food products is the way we should be shopping, cooking and eating! Source was responsible for all behind the scenes prep work and logistics, allowing top chefs the opportunity to shine whilst managing their busy schedules.
