Ingredients 100g ginger nut biscuits 405g can condensed milk 250g strawberries 500g full cream Greek yoghurt. 250g blueberries
Equipment 8 paper cups 8 wooden lolly sticks
Method1 Crush the biscuits in a food processor and pulse into crumbs. Add 2 tbsp of the condensed milk and pulse again to bring the crumbs together. Divide the biscuit crumbs between 8 paper cups, pressing down with the back of a spoon. 2 Roughly chop the strawberries and blue berries. Put half the strawberries, the rest of the condensed milk, and half of the yoghurt into the food processor and blend until smooth. Stir through the remaining chopped strawberries and the blueberries. Divide the mixture between 8 cups. 3 Place a lolly stick into each of the cups and push them down to biscuit base. Freeze for at least 4 hours before serving. 4 To remove the lollies from the cups, tip upside down and gently squeeze the cup until the lolly slips out. And enjoy! Image Reference: bbcgoodfood.com
