Source Food managed the MNet Theatre at the 2017 Good Food and Wine Show in Cape Town, where we had a few of South Africa’s TV personalities and kitchen whizzes host a free theatre.
We prepared the recipes that each personality and host presented to theatre guests. This entailed us preparing all recipe items, kitchen utensils, kitchen equipment, and staffing needed for each TV personality’s creation to be perfect.
