Source Food teamed up with SASKO at the Good Food Studio, in Johannesburg, for SASKO Chef’s Kitchen, an interactive hands-on day where media influencers and special guests were able to create their very own innovative street food style dishes using SASKO products.
We had up and coming chef, Chef Katlego, demonstrate and teach everyone how to create their own street food dishes. Guests were also able to spend time with well-known food stylist, Sarah Dall, and food photographer, Henk Hattingh, who taught them how to style their dishes, and photograph them using natural light and props to create the perfect Instagram worthy picture.
During the course of the day, Source Food treated guests to a variety of creative snacks, all made from SASKO products, showing their true versatility. Some of these dishes included peanut butter jelly cups made with the SASKO low GI premium white bread, strawberry pancake pinwheels made with SASKO pancake bake mix, and cheesy sausage rollups made with the SASKO Plus+ Soya & Linseed bread.
Source Food also helped organise a SASKO Chef’s Kitchen branded goodie bag for each guest filled with SASKO products along with a branded baguette board, and apron. This goodie bag also included a SASKO branded recipe card stand with 20 SASKO inspired recipe cards – which were developed, designed, and printed by Source Food.
