To make this chicken dish, which is super quick & super easy, slice chicken breasts thinly and toss in rice flour. Lightly pan fry in peanut oil, with chilli flakes, salt and pepper. It is absolutely delicious!
Serve with veggies & rice noodles steamed lightly in chicken stock with a drop of soya sauce. And top with a few crunchy bean sprouts and spring onion.
