Move over peanut butter, there’s a new nut in town!
As much as we love our old-time favourite, we think it’s about time that we started exploring the variety of nut butters out there. Full of vitamins, minerals, and healthy fats, nut butters are tasty treats to be enjoyed as healthy snacks or incorporated into desserts to make a decadent treat.
Nut butters are becoming more common in health shops but that does not mean you are limited to what they have on the shelves. Nut butters are easy to make at home, all you need is a food processor and you can start experimenting.
