How to Order

  • Before being able to purchase, you must register as a user of our website.
  • To register, you must provide the information requested to streamline your delivery
  • We use Payfast as our secure online payment gateway.

Operating Times:

Monday – Friday: 9am to 5pm
*Dependant on area and subject to change.
*Delivery Area’s are CBD and Atlantic seaboard

Orders and Cut off times:

  • Cook Along Packs: Cut off times for orders are 10am Wednesdays. Orders can be placed until the following Wednesday 10am. Deliveries will be on Friday’s
  • Specialized Boxes: Cut off times for orders are at 10 pm Daily.

Out of Stock and Refunds

  • Credit Notes will be given for any out-of-stock items or returned goods. Our returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Your discount code will be sent to you to use on your next order. This amount will be deducted off your invoice.


  • Our delivery Fee is R25. We deliver to CBD and the Atlantic Seaboard.


  • Deliveries will take 1-3 days.
  • If there are high demands on orders, there may be a delay on deliveries.
  • A sms or email will be sent on the day of your delivery.
  • There are no specific times set for deliveries.
  • Orders will only be delivered when payment has been received.

Safety Protocols

  • All our drivers are equipped with sanitizers, gloves and masks, and drivers are trained to do contactless deliveries, protecting themselves and you.
  • You can specify how you would like to accept your order
  • Please specify if you would like a face to face delivery or a contactless delivery.
  • If a face to face delivery is requested, our drivers will be kitted with masks and gloves for protection. Delivery Notes will need to be signed on delivery.
  • If you request a contactless delivery, our driver will ring the bell and leave the package at the gate/door. Please sign the delivery note and leave it for the driver to pick up when you are in doors again.

Tips when receiving your order:

  • Wash your hands before and after handling your order.
  • Although shops are taking extreme care to disinfect surfaces, it’s advisable to wipe the products with disinfectant before storing at home.
